Yoga at Diesel Athletic Academy

At Diesel Wrestling Academy, we believe true strength comes from the body and mind. Our yoga program, led by Coach Claire Heudes-Cabrera, is designed to enhance flexibility, prevent injuries, and cultivate mental clarity—all essential for athletes and active individuals.

As a yoga instructor, mother of four, and French immigrant who moved to the U.S. 20 years ago, Claire understands the importance of balance, movement, and resilience. With a BA in psychology and currently pursuing a master’s in social work, she brings a holistic and mindful approach to every class, helping students connect breath, movement, and mental focus for optimal performance on and off the mat.
