Cancellation Policy

Class Booking: Pre-registration is encouraged for all classes to secure your spot. Walk-ins are allowed if space permits but are not guaranteed. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours prior to the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the session for package holders or limited priority for future bookings. Class Arrival: Participants must arrive on time. Entry may not be permitted more than 10 minutes after the class begins to ensure safety and minimize disruption. Membership-Specific Guidelines: Unlimited memberships allow access to all applicable classes but still require booking to manage class capacity. Specialty workshops and events may require separate booking and fees. Class Capacity: Classes have limited capacity and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Waiting lists may be available, and participants will be notified if a spot becomes available. Health and Safety: Notify the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries before the class. Participants must follow all instructions to ensure safety during class. Age and Eligibility: Some classes are age-specific (e.g., Kids Wrestling, Teens Wrestling, Fit & Fearless). Please confirm eligibility before booking. Parental consent is required for minors participating in classes. Equipment and Attire: Proper attire and equipment are required for all classes (e.g., clean wrestling shoes, athletic wear, yoga mats). Some equipment may be available for rent or purchase at the facility. Payment: Payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your spot. Payments are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class if cancellation terms are met. Class Changes: Diesel Athletic Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or offerings with prior notice. By booking a class with Diesel Wrestling Academy, you agree to adhere to this policy to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and organized experience for all participants.
